Job description
– Minimum GCE Advanced Level
– At least 2 to 3 years of Customer Service experience
– Previous experience in order processing and delivery scheduling
– Strong oral and written communication skills — should be Fluent in both
– Sinhala and English. Fluency in Tamil would be an added advantage.
– Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
– Demonstrate collaboration and team working skills
– High level of customer focus and commercial awareness
– High level of personal credibility, customer relationship management and
interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in MS Office applications
