Job Description
The Job
– Promptly attend to all key Client requests with a professional and courteous service.
– Complete tasks and assignments within stipulated time frames.
– Assist in any promotional activities connected to the unit
– Proactively manage customer accounts while taking initiatives in servicing and communicating with customer wherever necessary
– Promote all product and services effectively to new customers and inform existing customers on new services and benefits.

The Profile
– You should successfully completed GCE A/L.
– You should be IT Literate and possess strong interpersonal skills.
– You should be excellent in written and verbal communications in English & Sinhalese.
– Good personality and PR skills.
– Prior service experience would be an added advantage.
