Establish a healthy advances portfolio by developing new Corporate/SME customers and cross selling to existing customers. Monitor accounts and review existing facilities in order to reduce Non Performing Advances and follow up on a diverse range of customer retention campaigns when necessary. Study and forecast industry trends with regard to credit enhancement and business development and ensure profitability to the Bank.
– Minimum of 07 years’ relevant industry experience including 03 years in handling customer relationships
– Degree in Finance/Banking from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualifications
– Sound Knowledge of Credit Documentation
– Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills
