Job Details
We are in the process of expanding our businesses and looking for a smart and dynamic individual to fill the position of Administrative Coordinator in our company. The Administrative Coordinator will be the interface between the company and its clients, associates and suppliers. It is vital that the Adiministrative Coordinator handles the tasks entrusted in a calm, courteous timely and professional manner at all times.
– Handling phone calls by following telephone etiquette, screen and direct calls in a professional manner.
– Welcome clients/visitors and direct them to the relevant departments.
– Deal with general queries from clients, partners, associates.
– Take part in company promotional activities.
– Manage all activities related to the front desk.
– Routine tasks such as record keeping and filing.

– Should have completed G.C.E A/L
– Age below 25 years
– Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Sinhala
– Be a team player with good interpersonal skills
– Should possess good telephone etiquette
– Be computer literate – MS Office
– Ability to use general office equipment such as fax, photocopier, scanner, etc.
