Job Details
– Handling customer queries and provide customer support.
– Providing emergency assistance to customers over the telephone.
– Coordinating engineering staff on efficient site inspections.
– Providing information to customers on latest developments, products, service offerings and promotions of the company.
– Conducting phone surveys and collecting customer feedback.

– A young dynamic, friendly and energetic individual with a flair for customer care
– Should be below 25 years of age
– G.CE. 0/L Qualifications
– Willing to work long hours and weekends
– Ability to work on shift basis
– Computer literacy with sound knowledge of MS Office package
– Prior experience in a Call Center and Knowledge in Geography would be an added advantage
– Should be able to speak fluently in English and Sinhala or English and Tamil
