LOLC Insurance Company Ltd, a new venture within the LOLC Group, is looking for dynamic and result oriented individuals who are willing to perform in a challenging and rewarding environment for the following positions

Job Role

– Answering incomming calls of customers & to assist them with accidents, inquiries, assessments & complaints.
– Assist Shift Leader for Call Centre Operation
– Answering calls professionally
– Obtaining accident details & updating the same to he system
– Assigning assessors
– Carrying out follow up calls
– Handling & resolving customer inquiries & compliants
– Identifying problematic cases & escalating it to superior

Job Profile

– G. C. E. Advanced Level
– Excellent vocal & writing skills (if trialing would be an added advantage)
– Excellent customer servicing ability
– Computer literate
– Previous working Experience in Call Centre
