As a Seller Management Executive at Kaymu, you will be on the forefront of driving our rapid expansion, joining our motivated and talented team.
– In this high-impact role, you will typically assist one of our local Managing Directors in growing our business.
– Your responsibility would be focused on relationship management, centered on the education of a portfolio of new sellers all across Sri Lanka.
– You would use industry knowledge to build an understanding of competitive positioning, our value proposition for buyers and sellers and its dynamics.
– Moreover, you would drive the performance of Kaymu sellers through shop consultation, strong customer service and negotiation of deals.
– This role is a unique opportunity to contribute your knowledge in a highly professional, dynamic and aim-oriented team.
The ideal candidate has
– experience in Sales, strong communication skills in English and Sinhala (ability to converse in Tamil would be advantageous),
– proficiency in the use of MS Office tools,
– good analytical ability, comfortable with numbers with good problem solving skills and a strong team player who can push aggressively for results while helping to create a great work environment.
