To answer customer calls and inquiries, to ensure customers bookings and traces are actioned as per network standards and to provide a competent, courteous, efficient and proactive point of contact for customers both internal and external. The executive is also responsible in helping to achieve revenue targets through effectively promoting and selling DHL’s products, together with value added services
The ideal candidate should posses:
– Excellent communication skills in English and Singhalese
– Passed the GCE Ordinary Level
– Age between 18-28
– Excellent Computer Literacy
– Selected candidates should be flexible to work on rosters and on holidays when the situation demands
– Experience in a similar capacity would be a distinct advantage
