– We are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant who will be the initial point of contact with all external and internal parties to
the Head of the Division.
– The job role involves providing personalized secretarial and administrative support to a CXO level position in a well-organized and timely manner and will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks.
– More comprehensively the job role involves reviewing project proposals and deliverable with the superior and other related departments that will be involved to determine proper lead time, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
– Prospective candidates with a strong and long term commitment to strengthen the hands of the CXO and who have the dedication to put the job 1st in her/his role of priorities are invited to apply.
– Excellent communication skills in English Language, both written and spoken.
– A/ L English Literature as a subject and passed A/L examinations in the Arts Stream is a mandatory requirement.
– Between the ages of 18-27.
– Fluency in Sinhala and Tamil will be an added advantage.
