You need to be a smart, dynamic and enthusiastic lady with self-confidence and the maturity to manage the main switch board in a warm, friendly and professional manner. You will be the ambassador of our company’s first impressions on the incoming guests and visitors.
– Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments
– Handle front office enquiries while maintaining high level of confidentiality.
– Perform various front desk duties inclusive of filing, handling and redirecting mail.
– Age around 25-35 years
– 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
– Very good oral command in Sinhala and English (Ability to communicate in Tamil would be an added advantage)
– Good PR and strong interpersonal skills
– Fair knowledge in handling Ms – office.
