Relationship Executive (Batticaloa)
Job Role
– Increase revenue of existing SME accounts and increase the portfolio of new accounts using upsell and cross sell techniques.
– Retain SME (Small Medium Enterprise) base by providing personalized after sales service.
– Be able to adopt new techniques to retain the existing customer base and to bring in new sales to the network.
– Should be able to communicate effectively with assigned SME base.

Qualifications and Experience
– Candidate should hold diploma in Sales/Marketing, CIM/SLIM and/or related field.
– Should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Care/Sales field
– Excellent communication skills in Tamil is mandatory with a good knowledge of English and Sinhala.
– Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages such as MS Word, Excel
– Be a self-starter and should be able to work with minimum supervision.
– Should have good interpersonal and PR skills.

Customer Relations Executive
Job Role
– Serve walk-in customers with good customer care, etiquette and empathy.
– Should take part in Sales & Promotional activities.
– Recommend and prepare reports on potential products or services to Management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
– Be self-motivated, committed, and possess the ability to work independently.
– Should possess a high level of self-confidence, integrity and a positive “can do” attitude.
Qualifications and Experience
– Should have a distinction in English at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination & passed the G.C.E Advanced Level Examination.
– Candidate holding a diploma, part/full qualification in Sales/Marketing would be advantageous.
– Should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Care/Sales field.
– Excellent communication skills in Tamil is mandatory with a good knowledge of English and Sinhala.
– Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages.
– Should have excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
– Ability to solve problems, as well as to listen, understand the needs/concerns of customers.
– Be able to work in a team environment as well as with all levels of Management in the organization
– Sound technical knowledge in handling mobile phones and data devices.
