PEAK Adventure Travel Group is the largest adventure travel company in the world and consists of 20 businesses around the world and is part of the TUI travel group (www.tuitravelplc.com). PEAK opened its Sri Lankan service centre in January 2013 to deliver quality service to the business.
We are looking for a dynamic resource to join our Customer Relationship team in Colombo.
About the Role
The ideal candidate should have a high level of attention to detail as well as highly effective communication skills in order to work closely with overseas teams and provide exceptional customer service.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer requests in a timely manner.
– Updating customer bookings.
– Update product changes where necessary.
– Assist with visas and insurance.
– Continuous communication with customers and suppliers.
Qualifications and Experience
– 1-2 years of experience in the field of Customer Service.
– Experience with computer systems essential.
– Competent in use of Microsoft office software including excel.
– Exposure in dealing with foreign clients is desirable.
Skills and Attributes
– Highly proficient spoken and written English skills.
– High attention to details.
– Excellent organisational and time management skills.
– Excellent customer service.
– Ability to work to deadlines.
– Ability to work independently and in a team.
– Ability to work under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks.
