We represent brands like FARLIN, HOTWHEELS, LEGO and BARBIE FISHER-PRICE, KIDS JOY, DISNEY PRINCESS, THOMAS & FRIENDS, TOY KRAFT AND CREATIVES and are the exclusive authorized distributor in Sri Lanka. Our stead/ and fast growth has created the above immediate vacancy.
The job holder will be responsible for overall business management of the Apparel Division and will ensure the development, implementation and management of divisional business plans to maximize sales and profits. The job holder will also be responsible for co-strategizing the new business plan.
Brand Growth and Profitability
– Maximize sales and profitability of Apparel Division in line with Company targets.
– Optimize sales potential through effective use of available commercial information.
– Develop the new brand launch strategy in line with company objectives.
– Plan the annual Apparel Brands strategy.
– Control costs within budgetary guidelines.
– Maximize productivity through effective deployment of resources to ensure complete sell through as per brand product, style and assortment plans.
– Collect feedback from Territory on product acceptance and customer expectations.
Division Merchandise Planning and Product Selection
– Prepare annual/quarterly/seasonal plans for the individual brands and provide inputs to assist creation of overall strategy.
– Study merchandise requirements for brands by setting sourcing triggers and monitor concept merchandise MIS analytics based on actual sales, sales forecasts, company order parameters, inventory checks, forth coming events, replenishment needs etc.
– Monitor creation of range plan for the brands based on insights gained from previous sales, customer preference, historical trends and future outlook.
– 3 years in Apparel in buying or brand management role.
– Knowledge of Retail Industry and Brands.
