Young individuals with high drive of Public Relations and passionate for Customer Relations and the ability to go that extra mile in Customer Service. Successful candidates would be deployed at the state of art and newly designed showroom with service operations and they should have the capabilities to perform the duties, responsibilities and demonstrate the competencies that entail the following,

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
– Greet customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
– Direct the customers, visitors and telephone calls to the appropriate staff / telephone lines
– Taking appointments accordingly and do necessary post service follow ups
– Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences
– Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquires about products and services
– Taking service inquiry calls from customers/clients and attend to complaints effectively and efficiently to maintain long lasting relationships
– Coordinating customers* service requirements with other appropriate departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service
– Perform clerical duties in order to maintain smooth administration
– Ensure safe and clean reception area by complying with company Safety & compliance guide lines

Qualifications & Experiences:
– Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service /Relations
– Pleasing personality along with customer centric mindset
– Completion of G.C.E. A/L
– Good communication skills in both Sinhala and English languages
– Possess excellent customer care and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a computerized environment, especially in MS Excel
