The SriLankan team is seeking for dynamic individuals to join as;
The incumbent will man a service desk for crew on a 24/7 basis in line with the company procedures and report to work on a roster basis.
The responsibilities of the Job holder will include achieving the below objectives;
– Function a mini store and cater to the immediate needs of the cabin crew.
– Act as a reception to facilitate back end administrative functions.
– Manning a 24/7 hot line and attend to any emergency requirements.
The applicants should possess the following minimum requirements
– 6 passes at GCE O/L with 4 Credits in one sitting including a credit for English
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
– Sound Computer skills
– Good interpersonal skills.
– Age: Between 18 to 29 years as at 27th February 2015
