Coordinator / Helpdesk Executive (Male)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Building and maintaining effective communication and relationships between reputed clients and users from the UK, USA and other countries.
Acting as the Mediator to provide an exceptional level of service, client support and assistance to the users of the system.
REQUIREMENTS
– Excellent Written and Oral Skills in English is a must
– Computer Literate (sound knowledge in MS Office Package)
– Problem Solving & Analyzing Skills
– Flexible Personality
– Age less than 28 Years
– Experience in Client Services would be an added advantage
