Job Details
The ideal candidate should possess
– Degree / Diploma in IT or equivalent. Excellent communication skills in English,
– Willing to learn new technologies.
– Should be willing to work extended hours to ensure customer delight.
– 2 years of job related experience.

Primary Responsibilities
– Provide Level 1 Support to customers – resolving technical issues / error messages encountered by customers in a live production environment.
– Coordinate between the application, engineering and Helpdesk teams.
– Handle all customer issues including troubleshooting and providing feedback to the customer.
– Follow up on support issues and ensures that the Support Tool is updated with the latest ticket details at all times.
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professionalism; timely response and resolution of issues
