The Company:
We are well-established Service oriented company in Brisbane Australia and has been in business for over 10 years and has a large, loyal client base which needs to be looked after with a high level of client service acumen and ongoing administrative support.
The key duties:
– Customer service for inbound and outbound calls
– Administration and data management of client files
– Reception duties as required
– Provide compliance support to the Internal Staff
– Communicate with Internal Staff regarding the customer enquiries.
– Provide general administrative support to the office
Mandatory Selection Criteria:
– Clear and fluent communication skills in English
– Excellent report building skills
– At least 2 years’ experience in a phone-based Customer Service/Administration role
– Strong administration skills with Intermediate level of Office applications.
– Work well under pressure.
– Have an interest in fashion
– Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks.
– Relationship building and team work skills
– Own Reliable computer with the Internet (or can organize the finance for the new computer)
– Has to work from 9.00AM to 6.00PM in Australian Eastern Time Monday to Friday (Work at your home or in our Sri Lanka Office)
All Initial Salary and other allowances depend on your Qualifications & Experience.
