Group Service Delivery
Reporting to – Manager – Retail Operations -Group Service Delivery
Principal Responsibilities
– Promptly attend to at customer requests with a professional and courteous service
– Complete tasks and assignments within stipulated time frames
– Develop. Support and ensure adherence to work instructions, policies, procedures and practices pertaining to the Company and Division
– Promote al products and services effectively to new customers and inform existing customers on new services and benefits
Person Specification
– G.CE A/L
– You Should be IT Literate and possess Strong interpersonal skills
– You should be excellent in written and verbal comrmmcations in English and Sinhalese
– Good Personality and PR skills
