– To provide a professional, high quality, front line customer focused telephone service to all callers.
– The post holder will be responsible for dealing with all customer enquirers in relation to our services,
– Delivering a service to meet the individual needs of all customers and wherever possible resolving enquirers at first point of contact.
– Manage administration
– Handling ODEL Loyalty program related issues while keeping accurate records of communication and correspondence
– Team player who works together with the Customer service team as well as with the Manager who is committed to provide high quality customer service.
– Passed G.C.E A/L Examination
– Previous Customer Service experience would be an added advantage.
– Knowledge computer applications (Microsoft word/ Excel)
– Knowledge of administrative procedures
– Communication skills – Verbal and written
– Interpersonal skills
– Stress tolerance
