Job role:-
We are looking for Customer Operations executive who would be able to accept ownership for effectively manipulating customer issues, complaints and inquiries keeping customer satisfied

Requirements
– Previous experience in a customer support role would be an added advantage
– Possesed leadership role
– Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening in
– Fluency in Sinhala & English. (Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage)
– Willing to work on a 24 hour roster distributed 9 hourly.
– Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
– Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
