Principle Responsibilities
– Assist with the day-to-day operations with relation to the HR departments’ functions and duties
– Provide clerical and administrative support to the Employee Relations Manager
– Compile and update employee records; experience in working with the HRIS systems is a must
– Process documents and prepare reports relating to personnel activities such as grievances, performance evaluation, transfers etc.
– Coordinate all HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes of the proceedings
– Deal with employee request with regard to human resources concerns, rules, and regulations
– Assist in payroll preparation via assessment of die relevant data (attendance, bonus, leaves etc.)
– Communicate and coordinate with government stakeholders when necessary
– Aptitude in handling complaints and conducting grievance procedures
– Conduct orientation programs for newly hired employees

Person Specifications
– Possess a Degree/ Professional Certification in Human Resources Management
-1-2 years experience in the relevant field
– Computer literacy is a must
– Hand on experience with HRIS or HRMS systems
– Excellent communication and anahtical skills
